Kashat is a fintech platform providing microloans and financial services to underserved communities across the MENA region. We designed and developed a trustworthy digital experience that makes financial services accessible to first-time users.
Financial services often feel intimidating and inaccessible to first-time users. Kashat needed to build trust while simplifying complex financial concepts for users who may have limited digital literacy.
We designed a warm, approachable interface that guides users through the loan process with clear language, progress indicators, and reassuring feedback at every step. Every element was designed to build confidence and trust.
